Erin Sherman
Co-Owner
Erin is our lead automotive diagnostician. She enjoys understanding exactly how and why things work. Her specialty is tracking down tricky electrical issues. When someone in the shop has a question about a vehicle she has your answer. With an extensive background in the natural sciences, Erin will get to the bottom of your car's problem so you can get back on the road.
Justin Clyman
Co-Owner
Justin is just as comfortable and experienced in the service bays as he is in the office. His automotive career started out at a little local gas station as a gas attendant cleaning up around the bays. Quickly he found his love and passion for working on vehicles. After a few years Justin moved on to working at a Toyota dealership, and then a Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership for the next few years where he earned his Chrysler Certification. About five years ago he met Erin and together they started E&J as a mobile mechanics company.
Cat Rupertus
Office Manager
Cat may be the first smiling face you see when you enter our waiting room! Her radiant aura and infectious energy brighten up the space as she helps coordinate daily shop operations. Cat has had her paws in the service side of the automotive industry for over 24 years. She's your go to girl with a plan ready to help you with whatever services your vehicle may need!
Nate Vecchione
Automotive Technician
Nate started his automotive career on the detailing side. After a few years as a detailer, he joined the E&J team to dive deeper into the automotive industry. He made it his mission to quickly learn the in's and out's of automotive repair and now has two and a half years experience under his belt. He continues to learn and grow his skills under the guidance of Erin and Justin. His favorite jobs are state inspections and brake work, specifically replacing leaking wheel cylinders.
Eric Eaves
Automotive Technician
"Big Eric" as he is affectionately known around the shop, started his automotive career by attending Universal Technical Institute. After graduation, he gained experience at Hyundai, Volvo, and Subaru dealerships for the last 11 years. His impressive list of certifications and achievements include PA Emissions and Safety Inspector, Hyundai Master Tech certification, Ioniq certification, and EPA 609 A/C Certification. Eric can do it all - from oil changes to major engine work, Eric has it under control!
